Lahore: Punjab Prisons launched Prisons Complaint System App.
Here is great news Punjab Prisons has introduced a “Prisons Complaint System App” to facilitate the General Public. This system is developed by Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).
Prisons Complaint app is an integrated public distress redressal application. It will connect all the prisons across Punjab. The purpose of this app is the timely resolution of complaints and shortcomings faced by the general public.
This application will work as a correspondence medium between Prisons and General Public. This is an effort to make the system transparent.

Mirza Shahid Saleem Baig is a visionary IG of Punjab. He has so far introduced numerous reforms in Punjab’s jails.
Talking to “Right Pakistan”, Mirza Shahid Saleem Baig said that this application would be very helpful in resolving the problems faced by the relatives of Qadians and timely redressal of their grievances.
At the beginning of this year, Punjab Inspector General for Prisons Mirza Shahid Saleem Baig had directed all the superintendents of jails across Punjab to quickly reshuffle their “orderlies” following countless complaints by visitors of unlawful delights for ‘favors’ and in any event, for authentic meetings.
Now, he has announced the launching of the Prisons Complaint System Application.
Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has developed this system.
