ISLAMABAD: NCOC Decisions – Various restrictions including 50% attendance in schools.
The NCOC has decided to restrict educational activities in the cities of Corona with a rate of more than 10%.
The NCOC meeting was chaired by Planning Minister Asad Omar.
The meeting reviewed the current situation of Corona across the country and the implementation of precautionary measures.
The meeting decided to continue the precautionary measures till January 31 and to maintain the precautionary measures regarding marriage halls till February 15.
The NCOC will meet again on January 27 to review the situation.
A statement issued by the NOC said that sanctions have been imposed by the NOC in cities with a rate of more than 10%.
All types of gatherings are banned in all cities of Corona with a rate of more than 10%.
Indoor gatherings in these cities will have a capacity of 300 people, and 300 people will be able to hold outdoor gatherings.
Indoor weddings have been banned in cities with a rate of more than 10%, while dine-in has also been banned in those cities.
NCOC Decisions about Schools:
According to the NCOC, it has also been decided to limit educational activities in the cities of Corona with a rate of more than 10%.
Students under the age of 12 will attend 50% in 3 days, and students over the age of 12 will have full attendance.
However, vaccination has been made mandatory for students above 12 years of age.
According to the NCOC statement, indoor gyms will be allowed to operate with 50% capacity.
Cinemas, shrines, and parks also have a 50 percent condition. All types of contact sports will also be banned in all cities with rates above 10%.
Public transport has also been instructed to continue operating with a capacity of 70%. The NCOC did not make any changes in business hours and office hours.
