If the temperature is not low, you can make ice cubes. Otherwise, dip a towel in cold water and rub it on the armpits, on the top and bottom of the abdomen, or leave the pieces of cold cloth there.

If he still does not feel well, try to take him to the hospital immediately.

Doctors say that when severe heatstroke patients are brought to the hospital, they are kept in the same facilities and set up as the ICU.

Try to give paracetamol or panadol if the patient needs to be given medicine. But drugs with anesthetic and desperation formulas should not be given.

  10. Don’t wear too tight clothes.
  11. Schools should not give physical training (PT) to children in hot weather, this exercise causes sweating and increases the risk of heatstroke.
