Assembly Dissolved Suo moto Case: All state institutions should not take any illegal action: Chief Justice also Supreme Court issued notices.
Taking Suo Moto’s notice of the current situation in the country, Chief Justice Omar Ata Bandial has said that all state institutions should not take any illegal action.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial heard the case in the Supreme Court.
During the hearing, the Chief Justice remarked that the judges had decided to take notice of what had happened in the assembly. The law and order situation should not deteriorate.
Assembly Dissolved Suo Moto Case:
Chief Justice Omar Ata Bandial said that public order should be maintained and all political parties and government institutions would not take advantage of this situation.
The Chief Justice remarked that it is Ramzan Sharif, he does not want to adjourn the hearing, the petition of the Pakistan Peoples Party should be fixed and notice should be issued to all parties in the Suo Moto case.
During the hearing, the Supreme Court issued notice to the Attorney General. Further hearing of the case was adjourned till Monday.
Earlier, the Supreme Court had taken notice of the current political situation in the country. A spokesman for the Supreme Court had said that the Supreme Court had taken notice of the current situation in the country.
