1: Turmeric Face Mask

Turmeric used in every home kitchen has many medical benefits. It is used to enhance the taste and beauty of food.

  • Take a tablespoon of ground turmeric.
  • Take a table spoon of powder of Chickpea.
  • Take two table spoon of milk.

Mix all three things and apply this mixture on your face, hands, feet, neck and arms and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.

When it is dry, lightly massage it with your hands and wash it off with cold water. By this mask, the harmful effects of the sun’s rays, dead cells, stains will be cleaned as well as the color will be bright.

2: Multani Mud Face Mask

It is one of the centuries-old and cheapest methods for glowing beauty. But most of the women ignore it and use expensive cosmetics to damage their skin.

Make a mask by mixing water or milk in Multani mud. To make it more beneficial,

  • Use a few drops of honey.
  • Use crushed mint.
  • Use Aloe Vera gel.
  • Or use turmeric powder in the paste.

Apply this paste on face and neck. Wash with cold water after 15 minutes and dry your skin.

This mixture is also extremely useful for care of nails, treating acne and excess fat.

3: Salt, Sugar Honey Scrub

There are two main components of food which are salt and sugar. These components are used to make food salty or sweet, but these components can also be used to enhance the beauty of the face.

Due to the exfoliating properties of glucose and salt in sugar, the results are amazing when used in combination on skin.

Scrub Making

  • Take half a teaspoon of salt.
  • Take half a teaspoon of honey.
  • Take a tablespoon of sugar.

Mix all these three components and massage it on the face with light hands for 5 minutes. Wash your face with cold water after 5 minutes and then cleanse your face.

Take and apply a good moisturizing cream. Repeat this process at least 3 times a week for best results.
